③ Health checkup support bonus (details of conditions and methods)

a. First checkup support bonus
●Among the members who started the Vitality program from September 2018 to March 2022, if a member who has not had a Vitality checkup (= submission of health checkup results) by the end of March 2023, conducts a Vitality checkup, the member will receive Vitality coins!
●Medical checkup period: Saturday, April 1, 2023 * 1 to Sunday, March 31, 2024
●Medical checkup results submission period: Saturday, April 1, 2023 * 1 to Tuesday, April 30, 2024 * 2
*1 Checkups and submissions from April to August 2023 will also be eligible for Vitality coins retroactively.
*2 If the checkups are done by the end of March 2024, submissions by the end of April 2024 will be accepted as eligible for this benefit.

b. MRSO screening appointment benefit
●Reservation period: Friday, September 1, 2023 to Sunday, March 31, 2024
●Checkups period: Friday, September 1, 2023 to Sunday, March 31, 2024
●If you make an online reservation for a full medical checkup and various medical checkups during the qualifying period, you will receive 5000 yen worth of Vitality coins and a MRSO gift voucher in addition to the regular benefits!
