Step1

 Complete a comprehensive Vitality check, a dietary check, and a mental check.

[Course B] Get a gift worth 500 yen by earning exercise points!
 Earn exercise points based on your steps and heart rate.
 Earn at least 8,000 steps per day (6,000 steps for those aged 65 or older).

Step2
The achievement status at the end of each month will be judged around the middle of the following month, and an email will be sent to customers who have completed Step1. Follow the instructions to earn a gift. The deadline for receiving gifts is the end of the month 6 months (7th month) after the start of the membership year.

*If you receive either A or B, you will receive 1 gift worth 500 yen. If you receive both A and B, you will receive 2 gifts worth 500 yen.
