Vitality Run & Walk Challenge (VRWC) is an online activity event that anyone can participate in at any location for free.

■Overview of Vitality Run & Walk Challenge (VRWC)
・Date |2025/5/23 (Fri) -26 (Mon)
 *In principle, the 4th Friday to Monday of every month. Please check the VRWC event website for details.
・Events | Run (5 km, 10 km, Half Marathon)/Walk (5 km, 10 km, 15 km)

In May, we will hold a special competition between prefectures!
Points will be calculated according to the total distance completed by each prefecture to determine the ranking. Participants from the top five prefectures will win a great prize in a drawing!

You can earn Vitality points by submitting the completion certificate issued after participating in the event. You can earn a lot of exercise points at once, ranging from 100 to 1,200 points.
Once a month, join the VRWC to make exercise a habit!

The Runtrip app (free) is required to participate in this event. You can use the Runtrip app to enter the event, complete the run, and complete the run.

「Vitality ラン＆ウォーク チャレンジ」（VRWC）は誰でも無料で、好きな場所から参加できるオンラインアクティビティイベントです。

■Vitality Run&Walk Challenge（VRWC）概要
・開催日｜2025/５/23(金) - 26(月)
　※原則毎月第4金曜～月曜日　詳細はVRWCイベントサイトをご確認ください。
・種目｜ラン(5km・10km・ハーフマラソン) / ウォーク(5km・10km・15km)

5月は特別企画「都道府県対抗戦」開催！
都道府県ごとの完走/完歩総距離に応じてポイントを算出し順位を決定します。上位５位までの都道府県の参加者には、抽選で素敵な賞品が当たります！

イベント参加後に発行される完走/完歩証を提出することで「Vitalityポイント」を獲得できます。VRWC参加で獲得できる運動ポイントは100pt〜1,200ptと一度に多くのポイントが獲得可能です。
月に一度、VRWCの参加を通じて運動を習慣化するきっかけにしていきましょう！
